I did a BSc in Psychology at the University of Zimbabwe, borrowing modules from Public Administration. My dissertation explored the nature and determinants of the self-efficacy of student activists to lead actions within student leadership.
I have experience in the democracy, rights, and governance sector, supporting and managing programs aimed at ensuring the meaningful civic and political participation of women and youth. I want to examine the role of social media in post-election discourse in Zimbabwe, with a focus on how it differs in elections that have been assessed as less credible versus credible by the Southern African Development Community.
