Dylan recently graduated from Stellenbosch University with a Bachelor of Arts Honors Degree in International Studies. He conducted research on the ramifications of international involvement in Africa's digital transformation, and how information communication technology can contribute to both war and peace in Africa. Dylan served on his university's student representatives councils executive committee and hopes to expand his skillset into various new areas of focus through the next year.
At Oxford, Dylan's research will focus on digital technology and sovereignty in Africa. Aside from academic life, he keenly enjoys sports such as rowing, running, football and rugby.
