I hold a Master of International Relations from the University of Sydney. Since then, my career has been deeply immersed in Africa. I have gained valuable experience living in Rwanda with MASS Design Group and BAG (a social enterprise), and most recently, I have worked at Digby Wells Environmental, an environmental and social consultancy within the mining sector, alongside numerous other ventures across the continent since 2016.
My extensive travels have taken me to countries such as Rwanda, Tanzania, Kenya, Ethiopia, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Mali, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, where I have explored the social and environmental challenges within the mining sector. These experiences have provided me with a profound understanding of each region's broader contexts.
At Oxford, I look forward to integrating my practical experiences with academic insights, focusing on Mining and Development. I aim to bring fresh perspectives to this critical field of study.
I am also very passionate about all things sports—you may catch me on the tennis court or running marathons!
